The cost for dinner at Sanders includes appetizers, set salads, buffet dinner, dessert, gratuity, the cost for a DJ, and a cost for the location. Kim Holmes, the owner, is also discounting drinks at the cash bar. He is also planning to set-up two tents in courtyard along with a bar if the numbers call for it. If anyone had any other questions about the cost of registration and administrative fees, they are for supplies, stamps, class website, reservations, and other miscellaneous items.
The cost of picnic is to cover shelter fees, alcohol permit and prizes for kids. This price does not include any food or beverage. Please pack a picnic lunch for your family or bring cash - The Red Pepper trailer will be on site.
Individuals golfing will pay King’s Walk directly when reporting for your tee time. The cost of golfing will be 9 holes - $17 or $25 with cart, 18 holes - $28 or $41.25 with cart. Club rentals are $12 for 9 holes and $20 for 18 holes. Jennifer (Wilhelmi) Dorsey will arrange your tee time with King’s walk. We have secured a block of times starting at 10:30 am.
